How can we help?

The public support channel is being activated and will be added here before the extension is submitted for review. When reporting an issue, include the extension version, the two currency codes shown in the popup, the wording of any error, and the steps that reproduce the issue.

Keep customer data private

Do not send customer names, addresses, email addresses, order numbers, screenshots containing personal data, Shopify credentials or browser cookies.

Before contacting support

  1. Open an authenticated Shopify Admin order page.
  2. Confirm that Shopify shows one native-to-checkout exchange rate on the page.
  3. Choose Refresh page values from the extension menu.
  4. If the rate is unavailable or ambiguous, the extension deliberately leaves the order unchanged.

Privacy

The extension performs all currency processing locally and sends no order or customer data to Massdex. Read the complete privacy policy.
